The premium stallion Diabeau was one of the true eyecatchers of the 2006 BWP Stallion show.
This beautiful son of Clinton has besides a splendid conformation also an elastic trot and a light-footed canter. During the free-jumping test Diabeau made quite an impression wit his flashy front leg technique and with the way he lifted his withers.
His sire Clinton is one of the absolute stars in sport as well as in breeding. In Westfalia his son Cornet Obolensky is already considered to be the successor of legendary sires like Pilot and Polydor. In sport world class riders like Jessica Kurten, Tina Lund, Marco Kutcher, Willi Melliger, Michel Hecart, Dirk Demeersman, Ludo Philippaerts have top talents made by Clinton in their stables. Ullrieke v/d Mispelaere, the dam of Diabeau is a “BWP-Elite” mare that is nowadays successful at 1.40 m level in Switzerland. Out of the grand-dam of Diabeau is also the national show-jumper Sir Pleasure (by For Pleasure) who is doing very well under the young Damien Haelterman, Diabeau is very easy to ride.
